Making Your Oatmeal Tasty And Flavorful

Eating oatmeal for breakfast is very good for your health. We all know that oatmeal helps lower your cholesterol. It is quick and easy to make. If you're eating it everyday or for a specific number of days you might want to come-up with some different ways to make it more flavorful. The original way to make is to add a little bit of butter and honey to it. For more nutritional value add some flaxseeds to it.(Oatmeal and flaxseeds together are very instrumental in helping with constipation.)
For the tasty aspect add some fruit and nuts to your oatmeal. What are your favorite fruits and nuts to eat?
You can add some raisins or craisins to your oatmeal. Sprinkling a little bit of cinnamon on top. How about adding some prunes?(Another instrumental source that will help you with constipation.)If you like banana and strawberries this too you could add.
Dates in the oatmeal is also very good. Dates are very sweet and they will give your oatmeal a very great taste.
You could add some nuts such as: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts or pecans. Whichever you prefer. These are ways you can make eating oatmeal more enjoyable and it won't be so bland.
